·        None of these details will be obtained other than by the user contacting Smarter Tutoring or inputting directly to the Facebook page, feedback reviews or occasional competitions.

·        Customers contacting by email, phone or any other communication, verbal or written, will be asked to provide the same basic information.

·        This data is required for communicating with regard to your business with Smarter Tutoring and ensuring that payment transactions are complete. For these reasons we will hold electronic data for up 1 year from the transaction date.

·        Electronic payment details – credit card/debit card/bank etc. - will be processed by our payment processing partner sites and are not seen or held by Red Cliff Learning Ltd.

·        Where consent has been given we will use contact details provided by site users in order to keep them up to date with offers and new products on an occasional basis and to ask for feedback on our services. 

·        By communicating with Smarter Tutoring or this Facebook page you are consenting to our use of this data to contact you regarding your contact including but not limited to follow up feedback requests. Such contact will not be made later than 90 days from the purchase date.

·        Data is held on the Gmail and Zoho email servers and in our accounting systems on secure machines. Historical data may be printed and kept on record in locked containment at our secure premises.

·        We do not pass any of these details to any third party companies.

Upon request, we will happily tell you what data we are holding about you and will edit or delete according to your instructions..
